So important to make woman feel like we are not just “loosing it”. The focus for this year is Cardiovascular Diease and the impact on our heart health.
Let’s keep talking about symptoms and remembering that these are all different, challenging, and massively impactful on your everyday experiences. One of my current symptoms is not being able to drive with the radio on as I find it hinders my concentration. Yoga really helps to clear my mind and physical symptoms too, maintaining a healthy diet and avoiding food triggers.
